GCM Challenge Program: Policies, Terms, and Conditions

1. Introduction

By participating in any of the GoforusNet Challenge Programs (hereinafter referred to as “GCM Challenges”), participants agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern their participation in these programs. These Terms and Conditions are set forth by GoforusNet Technology Group Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GoforusNet” or “Company”) and are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and respectful environment for all participants.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age to join the GCM Challenges.
• Geographical Restrictions: GCM Challenges are open to users worldwide unless restricted by local regulations.
• Registration: Participants must register through the official GoforusNet platform or related channels for eligibility in the challenge.

3. Challenge Overview

• Challenge Goals: The main objective of each challenge is to recruit new users, generate content, increase engagement, and provide mentorship and support to recruits.
• Challenge Duration: Each challenge lasts for a specified period, ranging from 10 days to 10 years, as detailed in the individual challenge descriptions.
• Challenge Levels: Each challenge consists of progressive levels where the difficulty and rewards increase as the participant advances.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Sharing: Participants must create authentic and original content in line with the goals of the challenge (e.g., recruitment, engagement, mentoring).
• Respectful Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, engaging with others in a professional, positive, and supportive manner.
• Mentorship: Participants in challenges requiring mentorship must provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to their recruits, ensuring their progress and development.
• Content Authenticity: Any fraudulent activity, including fake interactions, misrepresentation, or manipulation of content, will result in disqualification.

5. Rewards and Recognition

• Eligibility for Rewards: Participants must meet the specific goals outlined for each challenge (e.g., user recruitment, interactions, mentorship milestones) to qualify for rewards.
• Reward Fulfillment: Rewards are distributed upon successful completion of the challenge’s requirements. GoforusNet will notify qualifying participants of their rewards within 30 days of challenge completion.
• Non-Transferable Rewards: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where explicitly stated.
• Tax Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees on rewards.

6. Data Privacy and Use

• Personal Data: GoforusNet respects participants' privacy and will only collect personal data as necessary for participation in the challenges. This data will be handled in accordance with GoforusNet's privacy policy.
• Data Usage: By participating, participants consent to GoforusNet using their profile, achievements, and content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and website content.

7. Code of Conduct

• No Harassment: Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification.
• No Plagiarism: Content must be original. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission will lead to disqualification.
• No False Claims: Participants must not make false claims regarding their achievements, interactions, or results.
• No Manipulation: Attempts to manipulate the system (e.g., buying likes, using bots, etc.) will result in immediate removal from the challenge and account suspension.

8. Transparency and Fairness

• Tracking: Participants can track their progress, including user recruitment, interactions, and mentoring achievements, through the GoforusNet platform.
• Monitoring: GoforusNet will actively monitor the challenges to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the challenges will be addressed promptly. In cases of a dispute regarding reward eligibility, GoforusNet's decision will be final.

9. Challenge Integrity and Growth

• Ethical Participation: Participants must engage in activities that contribute positively to the community and avoid exploiting the system.
• Fair Competition: The challenges are designed to ensure fairness for all participants, with rewards based solely on the effort, engagement, and results achieved.
• Continuous Improvement: GoforusNet will continuously analyze and refine the challenges based on feedback and data to improve the user experience and reward system.

10. General Terms

• Changes to the Program: GoforusNet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any challenge at its sole discretion, with notice to the participants where applicable.
• Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoforusNet, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the challenges.
• Legal Compliance: All participants must comply with local laws and regulations. If any law prohibits participation in the challenge, the participant must withdraw.
